Name and Store Name
Kyivamall site asks name of all vendors.
Upload Genuine New or Refurbished Products
Kyivamall will not accept fake or used products uploaded. We reserve the right to delete any products we deem as fake or used.
Location
Kyivamall has its head office located in Nairobi. Currently, we ONLY accept products from sellers whose stores are located in Nairobi.
Verification of all Accounts
Kyivamall expects all sellers to verify their accounts by submitting approved documents. Approved documents are government-issued ID, business permit and KRA certificate. We reserve the right to delete sellers, including all products they upload on our site 30 days after registration when they fail to verify their accounts. Account verification is to ensure sellers on our platform don’t engage in fraudulent activities or use our site for malicious reasons.
