1. Return and Refund Policy
Returns for grocery, fresh foods or usable
home products like flour, sugar, salt, cooking oil, etc is NOT acceptable once
the customer has confirmed their order and Kyivamall agent delivers such
products in perfect condition. Returns are ONLY ACCEPTABLE when Kyivamall
agents delivers these foods in condition such good should not be. For example,
when fresh foods are damaged during delivery, a customer has the right to
decline such delivery. When Kyivamall agent delivers to client’s doorstep,
customers are expected to append signature on delivery form and ask for receipt
thereafter.
2. Return for non-food products
The company expects customers to dispute
their delivery after which our return or refund policy starts. The return and
refund policy and process is initiated within 12 hours after collection or
delivery for reasons that meets the criteria stated herein. Change of mind is
not accepted as reason for refund or return.
Reasons for eligible return or refunds include:
Wrong products delivered
Damaged products during transportation or
prior to the client appending signature. Customers appending signature
signifies confirmation of successful delivery and perfect condition of ordered
products.
Defective products in the case of non-food
products
Incomplete or wrong size products
Counterfeit products
The company asks customers to create a
ticket to ask for return or refund within the shortest time to facilitate
faster process.
3. Conditions for return and refund
The customer should ensure they have a
valid receipt issued from the company
The customer should confirm all tags, seals
and accompanying accessories are intact and the item is original with original
packaging. The customer should not tamper with packaging as such acts the
company considers as usage of the product (s).
For electronic products, the customer
should ensure all passwords, including account details are deleted, otherwise
return and refund policy doesn’t apply.
The list below does not include products
and category of products that qualify for return or refund:
Gift cards
Inner garments
Beddings
Books and stationeries
Personal and healthcare products
The product delivered has its seal tampered
with
Electronic products that miss serial
numbers or seals, suggesting physical tampering
Products with expired warranty
For deliveries for pickup stations, we
advise that the customer drop off at these stations
Please read and review our return and
refund policy and terms and conditions (T&C) before making a purchase.
For return and refunds, the customers will
receive the full amount they sent to us when they made purchase plus a voucher
package as Kyivamall’s gesture of sorry for the inconvenience.
