that it is important to inform its customers how it handle their personal data

Yes. Kyivmall profiling for direct marketing. Profiling
means collecting, analyzing and combining (personal) data with the aim of
classifying you into certain (interest) categories. In theory, profiling uses
all types of relevant data that we receive from you about purchases and click
and search behaviour.
By analyzing data, we can add (interest) categories to your
profile. For example, profiling ensures that the content of our websites,
e-mails and our offers and online advertisements better match your interests.
You can object to the use of direct marketing. See the section “Right to object
(including Direct Marketing)” under “What rights do I have with regard to the
processing of personal data”. If you object, we will exclude you from direct
marketing in the future.
Kyivamall respects and protects customers’ personal data. We
apply the following rules:
We treat your personal data confidentially.
We do not process more data than necessary.
We do not store your data longer than permitted by law and
necessary for the processing of your data.
Within Kyivamall, customers’ personal data can only be used
by employees who need the data for their work. Others we cannot process your
personal data. Our employees have a duty of confidentiality.
We share personal data with third parties engaged by us to
provide services to you. Think of delivery partners, payment partners, and IT
service providers. Third parties can only receive our assignment if they
demonstrably comply with our privacy conditions and guarantee confidentiality.
Your personal data may also be provided to third parties if
we have a legal obligation to do so. For example, to the tax authorities or to
a supervisor. No more personal data will be used than is strictly necessary.
When your data may no longer be stored, Kyivamall will destroy your personal data.
Alternatively, we use your data anonymously. Then
we no longer know that the data belongs to you. We do this, for example, for
internal analyzes and reports.
How long store certain data depends on the nature of the
data and the reasons for which it is processed. These are the deletion periods:
We delete recorded phone conversations for training purposes
after one month.
We delete invoice, payment and order data in our
administration after 2 years with or without notice to our customers and such
deletion is irreversible.
We do not store data for account changes such as change in
passwords
Our website contains links to Facebook/Messenger, Twitter,
Instagram and YouTube websites. Our privacy policy does not apply to these
links. We therefore recommend that our customers or visitors also consult the
privacy policies of the websites to which reference is made.
When processing personal data, Kyivamall is bound by, among

You can exercise the rights listed below.
With every request a customer submit, Kyivamall establish whether
a customer is who they say. We do this by comparing the data a customer send in
the request with the data stored about them. Customers send information such as
their name and address, e-mail address, customer number or invoice number with their
request. If the website cannot find a customer in the database, we cannot
fulfill such request. We will then let customers know.

Right of access:
You have the right to access your data. We are hereby
obliged to indicate which data we process, what the purposes of the processing
are, to which parties your data will be provided, how long the data will be
processed and the available information about the origin of the data (if the
data is not come from yourself). The right of access only relates to access to
your own data.
Do you have a Kyivamall account? Then you can view and
adjust a large part of your data. You can also delete your Kyivamall account at
any time via Kyivamall.
Right to rectification:
You can ask us to have your data rectified immediately if
this data is not correct. You also have the right to complete incomplete data
by sending an additional statement to Kyivamall. If Kyivamall has shared your
data with other parties, we will take all reasonable steps to inform those
other parties in order to also rectify your data.
You can change a lot of data yourself in your Kyivamall account.
Right to erasure:
Upon request, we are obliged to delete your data without
unreasonable delay. If Kyivamall has shared your data with other parties, we
will take all reasonable measures to inform those other parties to delete your
data as well.
In some cases we cannot or may not delete all data. That is
in the following cases:
Compliance with legal obligations, for example the legal
obligation of the Tax and Customs to keep records.
Establishing, exercising or substantiating claims, for
example based on your warranty.
Necessary data in the context of anti-fraud investigations.
Withdraw consent:
If the processing of data is based on consent, such as
subscribing to a newsletter, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any
time. After you have withdrawn your consent, Kyivamall will cease processing
for that purpose.
If you subscribe to a newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe
link in the newsletter. When you use this, we will no longer send you
newsletters.
Right to object (including direct marketing):
You have the right to object to the processing of your data, for example if your data is processed for direct marketing. After your objection, your data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.
